Randy's Photo Blog

Photography was not so much an interest as it was a hobby, until the first manual SLR opened up more possibilities. That was nearly 3 years ago. In these short 3 years, digital photography has grown. We now have so much more support and avenues to shoot and showcase. Photoblogging is one such avenue. 6 months ago I was still ignorant of blogging, let alone photoblogging and the likes. The needs are less materialistic than it is practical, though it feels good to have the entire world looking at your pictures, potentially qualified in this case. Photography has evolved, changed. Progression is necessary. I haven't been serious with photography. Now with so much more, all the reasons to. And this is the first step. Films still makes up most of my photography, unless commercially required, they will remain so until the inevitable. As after sunset so will sunrise comes, digital is here to stay too.

Little Nomad Pictures

She has been in the photography industry for at least 10 years, easily drowning me with the number of pictures/visuals she had created. Little Nomad Pictures is the culmination of her hardwork. Koh Yee Ling started her photography career in 1994 with a local magazine. She has shot a range of subjects encompassing fashion, travel, celebrities (local and overseas) and food. As a freelancer, she concentrated on portraits for commercial assignments, fashion and travel photography for fashion and lifestyle magazine. Her works have appeared in Elle, Harpers Bazaar, Cleo, Marie Claire, Female, Style and Style Wedding and Four Seasons in-house lifestyle magazine. Yee Ling started Little Nomad Pictures in 2005. I've been assisting her in photo shoots since, learning whatever I can from the master.

When not armed with her professional cameras, Yee Ling likes to take snap shots of everyday life. She especially loves the quality, or lack of some may say, of Holga. Yee Ling got a photoblog as well! Pop by and surf through!
